As we scale, we are looking for a technically savvy Product Analyst to bridge the gap between engineering and product, helping to optimise the platform’s onboarding experience.

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Software Engineer looking to transition into a Product Analyst role. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX/UI teams to analyse user journeys, identify pain points, and define improvements for our investor onboarding platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse user behaviour and onboarding metrics to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate technical insights into product improvements.
  • Work with engineering to define and prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Conduct A/B testing, user feedback sessions, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure that digital onboarding flows remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights through SQL queries, dashboards, and reports.
  • Help write detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, databases, and software development processes.
  • Some experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data analysis and automation.
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for understanding user behaviour and product performance.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in fintech, digital onboarding, and investor platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or product management tools.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations related to investor onboarding (KYC, AML).
