💻 2nd Line Support Engineer
📍 Location: Oxford

Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for infrastructure and client success? We\’re looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support — ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
In this role, you’ll be providing advanced 2nd-Line Support, dealing with client projects, and acting as an escalation point for the support team. If you\’re confident working with servers, networks, cloud platforms, and backup solutions — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced IT support across hardware, software, and network environments, both remotely and on-site.
- Administer and maintain server and directory services, ensuring secure and efficient system operations.
- Manage virtualization and backup solutions to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, maintaining reliable connectivity and performance.
- Support and manage cloud-based platforms and productivity tools to enhance user collaboration.
- Utilize a range of endpoint management and deployment tools to streamline IT operations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ 5+ years in IT infrastructure or support (MSP background preferred)
