Jr. Procurement Business Analyst

Jefferies Procurement Department is expanding its in-house team, adding a new Junior Procurement Business Analyst to provide support to our tactical and strategic sourcing teams, as well as our project team. The role works closely with our Offshore Service Provider, managing the team who buy goods and services across a wide range of categories for their clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as it undergoes a strategic realignment.

Job Description

• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks and supervise the work of Tactical Buyers
• BAU Management of the Tactical Buyer team located in India
• Tactical Buyer Team SLA monitoring
• Purchase Requests, Renewals, ServiceNow tickets
• Exception Management
• Escalation Management
• Light Calendar Management related to new Purchasing system implementation project
• Light Meeting Minutes scribing related to new Purchasing system implementation project

Requirements

• 2-5 Years experience across the Procure to Pay cycle
• MS Office fluency (intermediate to expert)
• MS Outlook fluency (intermediate to expert)
• Purchasing and Sourcing Experience (procure to pay)
• Prior Project Management experience a plus
