Role: Deal Analyst – Corporate Lending (ABL) Salary: £competitive + bonus + benefits Location: London Area Headline: A growing Corporate Lender in the Lower Mid-Market is looking to add origination capacity to their growing ABL team in London. This will be a front office deal team position with full end-to-end cycle exposure. Asset Based Lending Working Capital Transaction focus Lower Mid-Market – Refinance, Restructuring, Acquisitions, MBOs Client facing Full Description: Future_find are currently managing a retained process, to recruit an Analyst level hire for a Lower Mid-Market focused provider of Asset Based Lending facilities. The business itself has a varied selection of asset-based facilities on offer, but this role will specifically focus on ABL. Our client has a keen focus on corporate transactions in major growth markets across the UK. This role is a junior hire into the front-office origination team, which will help to support Senior Directors with key execution functions such as; Financial Analysis, Modelling, Due-Diligence, Credit Risk Analysis and Credit Report Writing. Additionally, it will also partake in client relationship responsibilities and internal stakeholder relationship responsibilities. In this role you will have exposure to the full end-to-end deal cycle. Whilst we will consider all applicants, we recommend that this role is most suitable for professionals with 1-2+ years of complementing deal / transaction experience. The salary is very competitive for someone who is currently an Analyst-Associate level in another deal team. Key Requirements Analytical skills – specifically including Excel knowledge and ability to handle complex issues. Experience of financial modelling and understanding of financial statements. Previous knowledge of asset-backed finance structures. Previous experience with credit risk considerations. Interested in commercial considerations and capability to apply strategic thinking, as well as having an ambitious attitude towards self-development.
