WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Running feasibility assessments for land enquiries using proprietary analysis software
- Assisting in the preparation of market documentation (e.g., investment memoranda)
- Supporting the tender process, responding to developer inquiries, and managing key documentation
- Generating pricing models for structured financial transactions
- Conducting financial modelling and assisting with investor reporting

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
