We are looking for a dedicated Financial Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing financial management, contributing to financial strategy, and leading the finance team. Client Details This organisation is a well-established Not For Profit entity with a sizeable workforce. With a mission to improve lives, they are proud to serve their local community and beyond. Description Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. Contribute to the development of the company’s financial strategy. Lead and manage the finance team. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls. Manage budgeting and forecasting. Perform risk management by analysing investments and expenditure. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: A qualification in accounting or a related field. Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or a similar role.
