Job Title: Renewals & Customer Service Representative\\n\\nLocation: Liverpool, Hybrid\\n\\nSalary: £25,877 to £27,515 Plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.\\n\\nJob Type: Permanent, Full Time\\n\\nWorking hours: Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hours between 8:00am and 7:30pm on a three-week rolling rota, including 1 in 3 Saturdays\\n\\nThe Insurance Renewals Agent role is a fast-paced, customer focused sales position, working in a friendly, target-driven inbound sales environment where teamwork and positivity are part of the company culture, the Insurance Sales Agent position will demand the very best of your sales and customer services skills as you deal with new and existing customers.\\n\\nWhat you will be doing\\n\\nQuoting and closing new business enquiries\\nBuilding and maintaining long-standing client relationships\\nAmending customer policies, payments and schedules\\nRetaining existing clients at renewal\\nSupporting customers with existing policy amendments\\nWorking towards individual and team targets\\nProviding excellent rapport building skills\\nHandling sensitive information and following data protection principles\\nAdhering to strict FCA guidelines\\nProviding a professional service and promoting our brand in a positive mannerWhat we're looking for\\n\\nSomebody who will run through walls for our customers\\nPrepared to challenge the status quo\\nBe prepared to succeed together as a team player\\nSmart decision maker\\nClear and effective communication skills\\nAbility to assist with clients of all ages and backgrounds\\nExcellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work\\nStrong literacy & numeracy skills\\nAbility to develop relationships from scratch\\nExcellent telephone mannerGrow with Acorn\\n\\nAt Acorn Insurance, we're proud of our Liverpool roots – and even prouder of how far we've come.
