SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator on a permanent basis. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Sheduling Administrator to join our client based in Mansfield. We are looking for a candidate with strong scheduling, planning and coordinating experience ideally supporting engineers. This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Mansfield, Sutton In Ashfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and the surrounding areas. Previous experience within a Scheduling and planning role is essential. We are looking for a candidate to get started ASAP! Responsibilities: – Log and distribute reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs. – Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time. – Process completed paperwork and action additional required where applicable. – Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively. – Ensure completed calls are costed in accordance with contract terms. – Supporting in the preparation of reports – Communication with customer to book in all work and provide updates, allocation of work to the engineer & follow-up to close the job/further action as required. – Liaising with regional engineers -Diary management for engineers – Build strong relationships with field service team and customers to promote organic growth. – Ensure all Service/support calls (corrective and preventive) are logged and processed correctly on the system and ensure their timely completion within prescribed timescales. – Preparing documents, – Chasing parts – Updating bespoke system – Any ad-hoc tasks/ support – Data entry – Liaising with clients & contractors – General office admin duties – Maintaining the relevant daily and monthly reports – General admin ad hoc tasks within the department Qualifications: Previous experience as a Administrator Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Discretion and ability to handle confidential information Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM Salary; £26,000 – £29,000 If you are interested in the role and feel you have the relevant experience please apply online JBRP1_UKTJ
