Job Description Anybody can build a business, not everyone can build a brand Fields & Rudd’s Marketing Manager will have sole responsibility for creating, developing, and growing our global company marketing plans and activities, whilst driving these out across our industry network. With the support of our founders, our aim is to create a brand that will separate us as the industries leading recruitment partner in the Engineering/Technology space. Be prepared for a hands-on challenge, with a strategic focus! Responsibilities: Strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, executing marketing strategies, planning marketing events and product launches Design and production of direct mailers and online materials such as brochures, Measure, monitor and increase volume and quality of applications via social media campaigns, events and other channels Planning and executing website search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, social media, and pay per click (PPC) advertising campaigns Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation Planning and Organising company events and Socials Understanding and maintaining the corporate brand in all marketing initiativ…
