As a Customer Service Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL) you’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining fantastic customers relationships Receiving and processing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the order status Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfil customer orders This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with one additional weekend day required every 4- 6 weeks which is paid as overtime And here’s what we’d like you to have: Confident communicator Previous experience working in a customer service environment Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn We look forward to receiving your application! #ACHS150
