Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Mechanical Maintenance Manager. Based in London with a salary of £60k - £80k.

Reporting to the Technical Director of Maintenance, the Mechanical Maintenance Manager will take full responsibility for the mechanical maintenance department, delivering multiple minor projects across their diverse contract portfolio. Typical project values: £50k - £250k.

About you:

  • You will hold a Mechanical biased Degree aligned with Building Services Maintenance (or equivalent experience).
  • Have previously held a Senior Maintenance Manager position.
  • Have managed small to medium sized Maintenance Teams.
  • Have delivered multiple inception to completion maintenance projects in live environments.
  • Have experience of building services and fabric maintenance contracts.
  • Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package.
  • Have good working knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance.
