About the Role

In this role, you\’ll be the key link between Bath Spa University and its alumni community, helping to keep graduates engaged and informed. You will create engaging social media posts, support newsletter writing, and assist with the organisation of events. You will also work closely with the Employability team to inform recent graduates of the ongoing support they can receive from BSU and to encourage participation in the Graduate Outcomes Survey. You will be a key contact for queries received through the alumni inbox and play a vital role in maintaining accurate database records.

(This is an 18 Month Full Time Fixed Term Role)

About You

You will be a confident communicator, able to produce creative and engaging written communications, including social media content, for external audiences. You will have experience of a range of MS IT packages. You will have good attention to detail, excellent customer service skills in responding to queries, and an ability to work both collaboratively and on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload.
