We have an amazing opportunity for a Commercial Director to join our team!

As a leading procurement consultancy and services business based in Milton Keynes we work with some of the UK\’s biggest and most prestigious names and brands in the food and hospitality industry managing their procurement, shaping their supply chains and delivering significant bottom line value. We are looking for a Commercial Director who is passionate about hospitality and people to join our team where you will drive the sales and business development strategy, as well as playing a key role as part of our leadership team in shaping and achieving our long-term growth ambitions.

Key accountabilities and job role:

  • Define and deliver the sales and marketing strategy;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and drive revenue growth;
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics;
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and work closely with the operations team to support the implementation of new business into our clients;
  • Monitoring market trends, competition, and customer insights;
  • Ensure strong communication both internally and externally.

You will need to have the following essential experience and skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior sales and commercial roles within the hospitality sector;
  • Proven success in delivering significant and sustainable revenue growth through development of new business;
  • Excellent stakeholder management at a C-suite level;
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences;
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and implement practical solutions;
  • Be a team player;
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent level of IT competence
