Wild are working with a leading business who are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support to a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for client queries
- Taking client order requests and processing them on the in-house system
- Building rapport with a portfolio of clients and handling issues and requests efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service
- Liaising closely with the field based sales team and other internal departments
- Updating the system accurately and regularly
Skills required:
- Fluent German essential
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administration led role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel)
- Able to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
