We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Managers to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals in need across UK.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and manage care services, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe and compassionate care.
  • Lead and support the care team, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain personalised care plans.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and staff performance.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • As a registered manager, you must have:
  • Level 5 qualification or working towards
  • Excellent CQC knowledge
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • DBS certificate
