As a Facades Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work on range up to £60m.

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Communicating with the team
  • Preparing site reports for Contact Managers
  • Ensuring all works are on time while dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise

Experience/Qualifications for a Facades Manager:

  • Proven experience in construction site management, particularly with design and build contracts, and a solid understanding of facades
  • Substantial knowledge of facade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials, and testing
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk
  • Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills
