Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer to work with Bromsgrove District & Redditch Borough Council.This position is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and On-site work = 37 hours per week – 09:00 to 17:30 daily – ASAP start with initial contract length to end of June. Umbrella Hourly Rate – £31.20ph

Requirements and Duties –

• 3 Years experience in Homeless & Housing Solutions
• Must have DBS registered to update service and available to start ASAP
• 1/2 days per week in the office required
• Handling cases from start to finish
• Prevention relief
• High Caseload Management
• Complex cases
• Letters, Referrals, Accurate note taking
• Proven experience in Homelessness.
