As a CRM Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Ensuring that the businesses campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app are correctly built
- Being responsible for sending out about 5000 campaigns a year
- Working end to end on campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborating with other members of the wider CRM team to ensure campaign targeting and reporting is informed by relevant insights
- Editing email code within HTML for specific content, headings, titles, etc.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- HTML coding experience is necessary - i.e. being able to edit content
- SFMC experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience delivering high volume campaigns is great
