An exciting opportunity has arisen with an innovative iGaming company looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisition marketing and above-the-line (ATL) channels, with a solid understanding of complex media mixes, including TV, radio, sponsorships, VOD, and digital marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage multi-million-pound marketing budgets, including TV, radio, podcasts, and digital channels.
- Implement and optimize TV advertising campaigns to drive actions such as website sign-ups and deposits.
- Work with media agencies to develop post-campaign analyses and present insights to drive future strategies.
- Build measurement frameworks and identify key business/media KPIs for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Use Medix Mix Modeling (MMM) to derive recommendations and improve media strategies.
- Conduct incrementality testing, AB testing, and competitor analysis to evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to research consumer and audience data, identifying trends and opportunities for acquisition growth.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews on marketing strategies and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in acquisition marketing with a focus on ATL channels (TV, radio, VOD, sponsorships).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate).
- Experience working with multi-million-pound marketing budgets and analyzing performance across complex media channels.
- Knowledge of MMM and probabilistic reporting for TV campaign effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and tools like Adalyser for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, including incrementality testing and AB testing.
- International marketing experience, particularly in regulated markets (e.g., global gambling restrictions), is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with agencies and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £55,000 salary
