As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development, optimisation, and growth of our digital wellness services marketplace.
As our Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives that empower marketing, content, analytics, and operations teams through robust internal platforms, martech tooling, and data infrastructure. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and unlocking new commercial and operational opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and deliver a product roadmap focused on scaling internal tools, CMS upgrades, martech integrations, and data enablement.
- Lead product development of internal tools that support marketing, ecommerce, and operational excellence.
- Translate business-critical requirements into actionable product plans, driving delivery of high-impact features.
- Partner with marketing and ecommerce stakeholders to identify martech opportunities and streamline customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Drive agile development methodologies, coordinating sprints and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Define key metrics to evaluate product success and iterate based on data and user feedback.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and post-launch analysis.
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, delivering scalable internal platforms and tools, preferably across CMS, analytics, and marketing tech.
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, ecommerce integrations (e.g., Shopify), and martech tooling.
- Ability to synthesize complex product challenges into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Miro.
- Passion for health, wellness, and improving lives through digital solutions.
