We are looking for a motivated and experience Operations Manager to join a market leading company within the heavy industry in the UK. You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. The position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

• Management covering the full production
• Planning & organising full operations
• Risk assessments and H&S inspections
• PPM scheduling & implementation
• Ensuring and driving continuous improvement across the plant
• Overseeing all permanent staff and contractors
• Focusing massively on reducing energy consumption across the plant
• Admin work, writing reports and updating records to procurement and budget control

Skills and Qualifications

• QCF Level 6 or NVQ LV 4/5 – HSE
• HSE management experience
• Heavy plant experience
• Quarrying experience
• Operations level management experience
• Crushing & screening experience
