Regional HR BP – South/M4 Corridor – c£60k, car allowance & benefits – Hybrid
This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced influential Business Partnering role.
The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be out in the business at least 3 days a week at either London Heathrow or a number of regional locations as part of a regional HR team.
You will be providing proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and delivering solutions that align with business objectives, and which foster a high-performance culture.

As an ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and already operating in a fast paced, private sector environment as a BP and looking to develop further.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice; have experience of managing change, driving performance and continuous improvement; and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
