Title: Account Manager

Location: London, EC2V

High-end hospitality and events operations for our wealth management clients. You will be responsible for managing teams across two accounts, overseeing Hospitality and Reception services, and supporting their offices nationwide with hospitality and consumables.

• Lead, inspire, and support your team to maintain high standards
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop your team through mentoring, training, and recognition

• Achieve key KPIs including Health & Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance

Requirements include relevant experience, passion for food and service, team management skills, financial acumen, excellent communication, and strategic thinking. You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
