We are a fast paced and busy business. You will be required to outbound clients for the business ensuring we maintain a high renewal retention and a reduction in cancellations. Once you contact our clients you will arrange call backs or transfer the clients to sales and customer care., * Using an auto dialer in tangent with our CRM system

  • Making a high volume of calls to retain our renewal business

  • Contacting clients to prevent insurance policies from being cancelled

  • Performing administrative functions

  • Updating client accounts

  • Processing customer correspondence

  • Handling confidential information

  • Maintain excellent customer service

  • Work towards KPI’s and targets

  • Build relationships with customers and staff

  • Outbound any other business data as required

  • Adhere to guidelines set by the Financial Conduct Authority

  • Comply with the Data Protection Act
