About the Role:

As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top sales talent to our business. This role goes beyond appointment booking and will include involvement in the daily onboarding of new sales agents. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, working to targets and deadlines to ensure our team continues to grow with high-quality candidates. This is an immediate start position due to office expansion.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Work on recruitment targets and deadlines to meet business needs
  • Assist with daily onboarding processes for new sales agents
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

  • Minimum 1 year experience in either sales or recruitment
  • Confident in working to targets and deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
