Would you like to join a dynamic team that values your expertise as an EHSS Advisor? We are currently looking for an EHSS Advisor to join our busy team in Rainham, Essex!
As an EHSS Advisor, you will be responsible for driving the EHSS safety-first agenda on site, conducting routine checks, and maintaining robust audit controls. You will engage with the wider site management team and employees to foster a safe and compliant environment. Your responsibilities will also include carrying out critical site audits, managing risks, and collaborating with external contractors to ensure all statutory audits are completed. You will also be involved in incident investigations, managing training programs, and continually improving on-site safety practices.
Hours of Work: Full-Time, Permanent
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in an EHSS Advisor role within a manufacturing setting
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of EHSS legislation, regulations, and best practices
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
