We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children aged 0-5 years with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) within our inclusive nursery setting. The SEND Practitioner will work closely with children, families, and other professionals to create an inclusive environment that fosters the development and well-being of all children., * Manage the educational needs of children with SEND, ensuring they receive appropriate support tailored to their individual requirements.

Develop and implement personalised learning plans in collaboration with parents, teachers, and external specialists.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to promote understanding and engagement in the learning process.

Provide guidance and support to nursery staff regarding best practices for working with children with SEND.
