The Suppliers Solution Team is based on the Commerce & Procure2Stay platforms of the enterprise customers that transform into much more than “just” a platform: Suppliers Solutions provides its hotel partners with incremental enterprise of the Fortune500 companies and SMEs travelers, M&G business, data insights, KPI reporting’s and innovative programs like Clean&Safe or GreenStay. The primary purpose of Suppliers Solution team is to create a superb corporate traveler experience between the Lodging partners, its corporate customers and thus drive outstanding value for both sides. We developed a prime system for enterprise travelers, where the traveler gets the best hotel portfolio based on their needs and data analysis in a digital end-to-end process from Procurement to Stay. Thus, the Suppliers Solutions Team and its products play an important role in HRS´s strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the traditional procurement process and digital sales approach compared to other market participants.

We are looking for a London based Strategic Partnership Manager who will be responsible for both corporate hotel program optimization (bookability & compliance of the hotel program, increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for strategic hotel chain partners in the respective region. As Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible to plan, implement and execute strategies and initiatives with your partners and at the same time elevate and boost our revenue streams. The position is considered as an important interface between the requirements and needs of our corporate customers and hotel chain partners. You will collaborate closely with the enterprise and procurement department to achieve an outstanding customer experience. As a direct report to the Director of Sales, you’ll hold an important role managing and developing key hotel chain partner relationships.

CHALLENGE

  • Take full responsibility for the hotel chain partner development in your respective region
  • Recommend platform products to your hotel chain partner based on their individual needs
  • Describe platform products and explain their benefits and uses to hotel chain partners
  • Communicate with hotel chain partners in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs, experience in communication with C or D Level stakeholders
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HRS Group's various tech products and services
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hotel chain partners to facilitate sales
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from different sources to help hotel chain partners understand how platform products can help them achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales (CRM)
  • Advise and train your hotel chain partners on HRS systems and applications

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant area of solution selling, business studies/degree an advantage
  • A commercially driven profile who is also data-minded, with good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with relevant industry software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Superb thinking to provide creative solutions that address hotel chain partner needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional success in delivering results
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Strong negotiation skills, time management, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
