Specialist - Robotic Process Automation

• 6 months + extensions / / $135 p / hour + super

Talent International is working closely with an industry leading organisation who are looking for experienced RPA specialists to join on an initial 6 month contract engagement based in Leederville.

Key Duties

1. Work closely with Business and SME to identify use cases for robotic process automation aligning to industry best practise.
2. Undertake benefit and ROI analysis to understand our contribution to efficiency targets.
3. Be a part of RPA CoE and assist in decision making around RPA.
4. Identify process improvement opportunities to fit the process for RPA.
5. Create solution design documentation, To Be process map and As-Built process maps and constantly update the maps with process enhancements.
6. Perform regular maintenance and upliftment of RPA bots to reflect application changes.
7. Perform system integration testing, production validation testing and facilitate user acceptance testing of our automation.
8. Provide Level 2 and 3 support for RPA bots; and coach / mentor business analysts to provide Level support.

Your Background

1. You will need to demonstrate practical application of functional automation, automation scripting and script maintenance.
2. Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will be important in this role. Your exposure to ITIL Service Management Framework and your well-developed analysis, data integration, database management and application support skills will see you hit the ground running.
3. RPA development experience using Automation Anywhere is essential. If you have any experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or BluePrism, we encourage you to apply. Any certification on RPA tools will put you in good stead for this role.
4. Your experience in running Robotic Process Automation solutions across legacy applications, enterprise applications (SAP), Microsoft platform and cloud applications (Salesforce) will be well received.
