Our busy offices in both New Milton and Salisbury are seeking experienced and highly motivated Private Client lawyers either practicing as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Probate Practitioner to work alongside our existing teams. The ideal candidates would have a minimum of 5+ PQE with a very high standard of output in all areas of work, along with a strong and successful billing history, and who is genuine, caring and attentive to clients. Experience in supervision and development would also be hugely beneficial. This is a role which would be suitable for someone either who has aspirations to be a Head of Department or who has proven experience of running a team.

Role Description; includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing your own caseload undertaking fee earning work in all aspects of private client work, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax planning, Guardianship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.
  • Being motivated and enthusiastic to help drive the development of the department and work together to assist the rest of the team across both offices (Salisbury and New Milton).
  • Maintaining existing relations with the firm’s clients and being active in business development to gain new clients and grow your own caseload.
  • Potential for development into a head of department role for the right candidate.
