As an Senior Estates Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for identifying and acquiring new dentistry sites within a designated region.
You will be responsible for taking these sites through the acquisition, legal, planning and post exchange/completion phases in line with the overall business growth strategy, along with dealing with all Estates Management activity and other related areas that require specialist property support.
You’ll work cross functionally across the business with other teams including Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, Operations and Commissioning to deliver the broader business objectives and you will be responsible for working closely with external consultants where required to meet your goals.
