As the Lead Domain Data Architect, you will
- Lead, manage and coordinate strategic architectural concerns, target state architecture across Technology and Business domains.
- Coordinate work for a team of architects to enable delivery of Domain driven solutions.
- Build and run teams of Architects aligned to the domains.
- Communicate target state and key solution architectures to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a high-level holistic version of domain architecture strategy and multiyear roadmap / target state.
- Develop and maintain domain specific capability frameworks / feature functions / business taxonomy reference architecture.
- Develop business outcome architecture and ability to lead and maintain backlog of business outcomes portfolio view of the business domain.
- Represent an enterprise-wide perspective on re-use and optimisation of technology choices.
- Proactively look for opportunities to decommission legacy technologies or to otherwise simplify our technology landscape and operating model.
- Understand and communicate strategic themes, target state architecture to various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship skills across the breadth of stakeholders including senior executives.
What you will bring
- Deep Data Architecture expertise with extensive Technology industry experience in a large complex organisation working with large scale datasets and technology platforms preferably in the Banking sector.
- Proven in-depth Architecture experience with developing and/or running agile practices within large organisations with regulatory and legacy constraints.
- Experience in defining and managing Information/Data Architecture and frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and engagement skills to influence business strategy to help shape, and prioritise business outcomes and develop roadmaps for the business unit/domains.
- Ability to lead and maintain backlog of business outcomes portfolio view of the business domain.
