As the Lead Domain Data Architect, you will

• Lead, manage and coordinate strategic architectural concerns, target state architecture across Technology and Business domains.
• Coordinate work for a team of architects to enable delivery of Domain driven solutions.
• Build and run teams of Architects aligned to the domains.
• Communicate target state and key solution architectures to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a high-level holistic version of domain architecture strategy and multiyear roadmap / target state.
• Develop and maintain domain specific capability frameworks / feature functions / business taxonomy reference architecture.
• Develop business outcome architecture and ability to lead and maintain backlog of business outcomes portfolio view of the business domain.
• Represent an enterprise-wide perspective on re-use and optimisation of technology choices.
• Proactively look for opportunities to decommission legacy technologies or to otherwise simplify our technology landscape and operating model.
• Understand and communicate strategic themes, target state architecture to various stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship skills across the breadth of stakeholders including senior executives.

What you will bring

• Deep Data Architecture expertise with extensive Technology industry experience in a large complex organisation working with large scale datasets and technology platforms preferably in the Banking sector.
• Proven in-depth Architecture experience with developing and/or running agile practices within large organisations with regulatory and legacy constraints.
• Experience in defining and managing Information/Data Architecture and frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and engagement skills to influence business strategy to help shape, and prioritise business outcomes and develop roadmaps for the business unit/domains.
• Ability to lead and maintain backlog of business outcomes portfolio view of the business domain.
