A well-established consultancy is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team in Sheffield. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Create accurate technical drawings, specifications and construction details

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions

• Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and best practices

• Contribute to BIM workflows and project coordination

• Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities as necessary

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards

• Experience across RIBA Stages 3-5

• Excellent communication and time-management skills
