We are looking for an experienced PA to join a Talent Agency on a temporary basis, providing support to the Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a legal team or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments for Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing cases.
- Organise and maintain case files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
- Handle communication with clients, including scheduling calls, meetings, and relaying messages.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel.
- Manage and track billing, invoicing, and expense reports for legal services and associated activities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive legal matters and client information.
- Communicate and coordinate with external legal teams, courts, and other stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and preparing presentations.
Key Requirements:
- Must be proactive, able to use initiative in ambiguous situations.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Suite - Teams, Outlook etc. and ideally have worked on Mac and Windows.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Must be resilient and used to a busy, fast-paced environment.
This is a temporary position for 3-6 months.
