Due to sheer growth, they are looking for a driven Smoke Control Manager / Team Leader to lead and grow a new division. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building teams, driving success, and ensuring compliance with smoke control regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of smoke control regulations and ensure all works adhere to industry standards.
- Obtain and maintain SDI19 accreditation and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to engineers.
