Job summary:
- Involvement in the production of the monthly dashboards for GMD London.
- Liaise with the Paris Carmen team & GMD Finance to ensure the regular monthly production of detailed dashboards.
- Produce monthly information from Keops (local database tool) including revenues by product line.
- Estimate by Country and by Business of Net Banking Income (NBI) as required.
- Consolidate monthly all client revenues to include Financing Activities and Capital Markets data by product line and by entity.
- Prepare analysis of the GMD Roadshow process.
- Process monthly Profit Splits and analysis thereof.
- Participate in the Annual budget process liaising with GMD European COO and local GMD COO.
- Assist in the reconciliation process of revenues between management control and Financial control.
- Produce monthly reconciliation of trading revenues between RPC mam reports and local accounting & Carmen.
- Handle ad hoc requests and analysis as required by Manager, London Management and Paris Finance.
- Produce the monthly contractor's accruals.
- Contribute to the Forecast on London contractors.
- Participate in the Paris forecast process where necessary.
- Engage in the improvement of the current actuals process (procedures, reports writing).
Candidate criteria:
- Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent in finance/accounting related discipline.
- Partial or full ACCA/CIMA qualification would be seen as advantageous.
- Robust prior experience within a relevant sector and role.
- High level of proficiency with the full MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VBA, Macros etc.).
- Knowledge of PowerBI would be advantageous.
- A proactive learner and self-starter, with the ability to be autonomous.
- Strong analytical mind, excellent oral, communication, and written skills.
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Languages: English (fluency required), French (advantageous).
