My client, a property consultancy with offices all over Kent, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to carry out surveying on an array of commercial and some residential properties in the Kent regions. They are seeking someone that has sound experience in the following:
- Planned/Reactive Maintenance
- Defect Analysis
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall Matters
- Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Bank Funded Construction & Development Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- CDM Coordination
This position is fully remote, or you can work a hybrid pattern, entirely down to you. Ideally, you will have your MRICS, CIOB or enough qualification through experience to qualify. Salary up to £55k but with flexibility for the right person, plus great benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with long service, pension, free parking (when/if in the office), paid mileage, cash plan, etc.
Must have driving licence. A great opportunity.
