Job Title: Recoveries & Risk Manager – Invoice Finance Our client is an established SME Commercial Finance lender, specialising in providing tailored financial solutions to support businesses across various industries. With a strong reputation for flexibility, reliability, and customer-focused service, we are growing our team to meet the evolving needs of the market. As part of their growth plans, we are seeking a Recoveries & Risk Manager to join their dynamic Invoice Finance division. This is a key position for a results-driven professional with expertise in managing risk, recoveries, underwriting and ensuring the financial stability of our portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all client facilities that enter a “collect out” position are given priority to maximise recovery opportunities. Work with operations to provide support in “intensive care” situations Line management for recoveries administrator / credit controller Support new business and growth through efficient communication with sales team, through deal structuring and underwriting. Work locally/nationally with Insolvency Practitioners Escalate recoveries through to legal liaising with panel solicitors, both debtor level and guarantor action. Prepare and contribute to Monthly Portfolio Reviews Meetings Maintain and update collect out portfolio report and provide updates at monthly management meetings Requirements: Extensive Invoice Finance or ABL experience Experience in Recoveries and Credit Management Experience in Underwriting new Invoice Finance deals To apply please attach your CV to this job posting.
