Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.
What the job will be doing:
- Dealing with disrepairs claims and project managing specialist work
- Carry out intrusive surveys and specialist testing to ensure accurate diagnosis
- Preparation of specialist reports, Scott schedules and joint expert witness surveys
What you will need:
- Recognised building qualification
- Social housing experience
- Understanding of disrepair protocol and resolving claims
