Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing:

  • Dealing with disrepairs claims and project managing specialist work
  • Carry out intrusive surveys and specialist testing to ensure accurate diagnosis
  • Preparation of specialist reports, Scott schedules and joint expert witness surveys

What you will need:

  • Recognised building qualification
  • Social housing experience
  • Understanding of disrepair protocol and resolving claims
