A dynamic and fast-growing software company serving the gaming industry is seeking a Finance Manager, based in Suffolk or Essex, to drive financial strategy, maintain strong financial controls, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Provide financial insights to the Board and support strategic decisions.

• Oversee cash flow, management accounts, and key financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and payroll obligations.

• Manage invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial software.

• Act as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

• Liaise with external accountants and manage year-end reporting.

• Support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and process automation.

About You:

• Experienced in financial leadership with strong analytical skills.

• Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Xero) and regulatory compliance.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
