Your Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Consultant with skills in Business Analysis. Skills or interest in User-Centred Service Design and experience in a technology-led environment are advantageous to this role. Technical development and delivery skills are not required for this role. As a Consultant in the Analysis & Design Practice your role is focused in two areas : Project delivery – you will work with minimal supervision to uncover business and user challenges, problems, and opportunities, as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will work with your colleagues in the Technology practice to generate concepts for potential solutions, sizing their potential impact and so enabling informed client decision-making. You will support the technical delivery of these solutions by preparing and refining backlogs of business and user requirements. Practice contribution – you will proactively contribute to the Analysis & Design practice’s culture and development, suggesting and driving-forward improvement initiatives. This is a billable role, where you will spend 90% of your time working on client projects. To be successful in this role you will: Have prior experience working as a Business Analyst or Service Designer in digital consulting or technology-led environment. Be comfortable working with minimal supervision to conduct robust and effective research and analysis. Be able to craft compelling narratives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of analysts, designers, and developers to uncover a range of challenges and opportunities. Help stakeholders to prioritise challenges and opportunities based on their potential impact vs effort. Work collaboratively with your peers in the Technology practice to identify, design, and prototype potential solutions that balance business and user requirements with technical feasibility. Assist in the design and delivery of highly-engaging, collaborative workshops with both client and internal stakeholders.
