Senior Project Manager (Digital Healthcare)

I’m looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Healthcare IT projects with precision, purpose, and passion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical know-how, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management to drive projects from start to finish — delivering real outcomes, not just ticking boxes. What You’ll Be Doing * Manage end-to-end delivery of EPR/PAS and digital health projects * Oversee contracts, budgets, timelines, and resource planning * Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners * Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle * Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, 27001, and 31000 standards * Drive continuous improvement and best practices in delivery What We’re Looking For * Strong experience managing complex, large-scale Healthcare IT projects * PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Solid understanding of NHS and digital health environments * Proficiency in MS Project and other delivery tools * Independent, proactive, and collaborative working style Nice to Have * Agile delivery experience * Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR standards * ITIL or Change Management certification We’re after someone who’s results-driven, resilient, and thrives on ownership.
