Our client, a leading UK Charity, is seeking a Team Co-ordinator for an immediate start, initially for up to 3 months with a possibility of a longer-term contract. Supporting the Associate Director of Search and Evaluation and the Associate Director – Ventures, this is a busy role, so we need someone proactive and comfortable working at pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage busy diaries, primarily focused on external engagements.
  • Provide administrative support for a large team (20 people plus).
  • Handle multiple responsibilities and tasks with high attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

This role is hybrid, allowing for 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Our client is based near Stratford, E15. Hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Contract: Temp to FTC.
