Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the external BDMs
- Dealing with enquiries

- Structuring deals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our bridging finance products
- Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and guide them through the application process
