We are seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, data-driven, and impactful user experiences across our B2B and B2C platforms. You will work across multi-platform solutions, including integrated electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standalone applications, tailoring designs to the unique needs of healthcare professionals and patients. This is a strategic role, requiring expertise in applying data-driven design techniques, a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to anticipate how users interact with complex decision support systems and tools like cancer risk assessments. You will be at the forefront of shaping our product design, ensuring we deliver seamless, human-centred experiences that improve both clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, ensuring exceptional UI/UX across all platforms.
- Data-Driven Design: Leverage user research, analytics, and behavioural data to inform design decisions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Multi-Platform Design Expertise: Create designs tailored for B2B platforms used by healthcare professionals, including EMR-integrated desktop applications and standalone tools, as well as B2C applications, such as patient-facing tools for cancer risk assessments and referrals.
- Healthcare-Specific User Experience: Understand the behaviours and workflows of healthcare professionals, designing intuitive decision support systems that integrate seamlessly into their daily practice. Anticipate the unique needs of patients engaging with tools like risk assessments, ensuring empathy, clarity, and usability.
- Modern Design Techniques: Apply the latest design principles and tools, including interaction design, responsive design, micro-interactions, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the product, engineering, user research, and clinical teams to align design outputs with user needs and technical feasibility.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Requirements
- UI/UX Expertise: 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-platform solutions. Proven ability to design for B2B and B2C platforms, ideally within healthcare, technology, or similarly regulated industries.
- Healthcare and EMR Knowledge: Experience designing for healthcare systems, including EMR integration and decision support tools. Understanding of healthcare professionals’ workflows and the behavioural nuances of patients interacting with digital health tools.
- Data-Driven Design: Strong capability to use user research, data analytics, and behavioural insights to inform design decisions. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel for analysing user interactions.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision. Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
