An unprecedented growth and the Kids First commitment to designing positive and powerful experiences for their employees and clients has opened up an exciting opportunity to bring a new skillset onto the Executive leadership team. The Director-Systems & Design will work strategically across the organisation, connecting with internal stakeholders along with their clients and partners to innovate new service offerings and experiences that bring about impactful change. The Director will also deliver a whole of organisation digital strategy and lead the digital, data and ICT capability and infrastructure. This new role is critical to their Strategic plan and their ambitious trajectory to position the organisation as a leader for change in children.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collective and individual creativity for new opportunities, innovations and concepts to help grow Kids First footprint.
- Proactively manage the areas of digital, data and ICT capability across the organisation and ensure capability and function are fit for purpose.
- Implement and project manage new service concepts and trends.
- Develop and deliver end to end innovation and new concepts, service and channel design, written proposals and pitches to secure and renew funding.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business innovation, service design and relationship management. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, be a good communicator both verbal and written and possess highly developed business development skills and substantial leadership experience at an executive level. Also, you will have demonstrated conceptual thinking, ability to design and articulate service delivery models and develop new business opportunities. Your experience in developing digital and innovation strategies to create new products and services will be highly regarded for this key position.
