A great opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3-4 years PQE) to join a well-regarded and growing firm in South East Wales. Based at the firm's office (with hybrid flexibility available), you will work closely with the existing litigation team to manage a varied caseload of civil and property disputes. This is a client-facing role that offers the chance to build strong relationships, take ownership of files, and play a central part in the development of the department.

You will be advising on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • TOLATA and ownership claims
  • Boundary, easement and covenant disputes
  • Possession proceedings
  • Leasehold extensions and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
  • Dilapidations, land ownership, and rights of way disputes

You will also provide advice to other internal departments including Commercial Property, Employment, Probate and Debt Recovery where required.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with around 3-4 years' PQE in civil or property litigation
  • Be confident handling a broad litigation caseload with minimal supervision
  • Have strong drafting and advocacy skills, along with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Be proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development
  • Be IT-literate and confident using case management systems and digital tools
  • Enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to manage your own time and caseload
