We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join a leading tourism destination brand. This newly created role will be instrumental in developing and delivering strategic B2B2C partnerships that drive brand awareness, increase footfall, and boost sales across their premium retail outlets.

Working closely with the Head of Tourism, you will be responsible for building high-impact partnerships across travel (OTAs, hotels, airlines), financial services, and other key sectors, enhancing visibility in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership strategy for long-haul and European markets.
  • Identify and secure high-value partnerships across airlines, hotels, payment providers, and OTAs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to shape partnership approaches.
  • Design and implement standardised toolkits for seamless partnership execution across destinations.
  • Work collaboratively with international teams and marketing functions to align with tourism and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance against key KPIs.
  • Leverage partnerships for integrated marketing activities across B2B2C channels.
