Knowledge and experience:
- Driving license is essential
- Experience working remotely in the field, able to manage your own workload and deliver product/services to customer satisfaction
- High level customer service experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong communication skills
- Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in Maths and English (GCSE Levels C or above)
- IT skills – proficient at using mobile devices and programmes such as email, software, Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Satisfactory DBS checks (requested upon receipt of employment offer)
