Requirements:

  • A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX
  • A solid, established client base
  • The ability to independently manage your caseload and work autonomously
  • Experience in marketing and business development to build and expand your caseload
  • Strong advocacy skills with a willingness and capability to conduct your own advocacy
  • Technical expertise and procedural competence
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve financial targets
  • Excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in this area
  • The capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties
